Construcție veche care a aparținut familiei Cantacuzino, stăpâna moșiei Șerbești; în 1863 principesa Elena Alexandru Cantacuzino a donat clădirea orașului, aici organizându-se prima instituție spitalicească din Piatra Neamț; actualmente aparține Fundației pentru Îngrijiri Comunitare.
